Love the free wi-fi that they are all (even Canadian airports!) are offering now! Can't wait til we get it on the planes to, then you guys will be hearing from me all through my flight! All I'll need is a power supply! LOL

If anyone wants to track me I'm flying Westjet (WS1274) at 5:40 EST and should be arriving in the land of orange juice around 8:30 p.m. Hubby and I have rented a convertable and will be cruising around Florida for 2 whole weeks! I can hardly wait.

I'm now to the point in my recovery where I'm seeing the flight as the beginning of my vacation! I keep saying "I can hardly wait to get on that plane!" and I mean it!! It means I'm *going* somewhere!

Very little AA, have hardly had any at all. I'd say I'm more excited than anything else! All my symptoms are under control, I'm able to eat, drink, focus, and enjoy! It's been a long hard road, but I can tell you it's totally worth it to be sitting in an airport and my only concern is which restaurant to choose for dinner before we go!

I'll post more from Florida, but soon enough I'll be waving to you from the wild blue yonder!:D

I posted in the tracking thread, but thought more people would see it here, so decided to repost here too. My flight was *fabulous*!! Not because of no turb, or no delays, (because we had both) but because all my techniques and practice worked, and I had the *best* flight of my post fear of flying life! I was completely calm throughout the entire time, except for the last 1000 feet or so! That made my hands a little sweaty, but hey, I'll take it, if I'm only nervous for about 2 minutes in the whole 3 hour flight!

I was able to read, eat, drink, use the washroom, relax and have a great time on board. I looked, (and felt) like a "normal" passenger! I am thrilled to see this much more progress in my journey, this is the day I've been dreaming of since I decided to take on this fear head on.

I was looking through my journal just before we flew out (yes, I keep it with me when I fly) and I re-read the many times when I was so scared and simply wishing that part was over and I could fly again without fear. I has finally happened after 21 flights!

I just wanted to let you all know that I am sooooo excited by this progress! I've seen it coming, but sort of wondered if I might just have to learn to live with flying with a tiny bit of fear during my flight, (and I was willing to do that if I had to) but it's finally arrived! It can be achieved.

So keep on pressing forward, I wish the same for all of you as well!
