I hope no one minds me starting this, but I'm extremely nosy and want to know a wee bit about everyone who's on here :D So post a wee intro here and satisfy my curiousity! I'll start:

Well I'm dizzi (duh) and I'm a 21 year old (female) student from Scotand. I love going to comedy shows and the football when I have enough money and also do a weekly radio show on my student radio station which I absolutely LOVE!

Also, I'm scared of absolutely everything but planes is the main one. I never knew it was possible to be so scared of something until my FOF came about. I've never liked flying, always crying before I got onto a plane but generally I'd be alright once I was up there. Last year for some reason I got a 100x worse and now I struggle to get on a plane at all and once I am I make a bit of a scene during the journey :blush: So I'm here to get some tips on how to overcome it!

So that's me, right who's next? :cool::happyguy:

Almost a year and no-one has bitten!

I'm a 30 year old male from Ireland. I started flying at my local flying club at 15 and had my PPL soon after my 17th birthday.
After finishing school, I completed my commercial training and got my first airline job.

So far I have flown:
-BAe 146
-B737 (-400/-500)
-A320/A321
-B747 (-200)
-A330 (-200/-300)
-B777 (-200/-200ER/-200LR/-200F/-300/-300ER)

Recently changed jobs (and country!), hence the transition from A330 to B777.

I enjoy travelling, which is handy given my career! I have lived in several different countries and am now getting used to my latest, vastly different, culture!

Stumbled upon this site while browsing the web in a state of jetlag late one night while on a layover. I joined up in the hope of answering a few questions from a professional pilots point-of-view.

Happy Flying!:wave:
