More Dallas news! Delta is dumping its operations at DFW as of January. That is big news in Dallas because Delta has had a huge presence here -- even has its own terminal.

Just wondering if the Delta frequent flyers on the board knew about this, or if it makes a difference to them. I'm thinking if I were a Delta frequent flyer who lived in Dallas, I'd be out of my mind.

Grinstein said Delta ultimately will undertake "a total renovation of onboard experience."
...now if that isn't just the slickest sleek corporate-speak...warding off bankruptcy in the glowingest of words...
hmmm...how about an onboard holodeck system with individual consoles--helmets, goggles, sleeves, full-motion seats--that makes pax believe they are already IN China, or ancient Egypt, or wherever? ;)
alas, poor Amarillo and Lubbock... :cry (they are served by Southwest, however...

Yep. Heard this a few months back. I have never flown on Delta thru DFW so it really doesn't affect my flights at all.
Ken, at least if you fly to ATL you have more of a chance to see ME! LOL
