Wow. Interesting story, Jeff. Wonder what type of homeowner's claim THAT is???

Well... as the Insurance Adjuster Representative here... I can tell you that falling objects from an aircraft are NOT covered under the typical homeowner's policy. It is specifically excluded, in the same paragraph with "volcanic eruption" and "acts of war".

Who knows what this was... "blue ice" does, at times, fall off of aircraft. It happened here in Chino Hills a few years ago.

Another example of where it is better to be on the aircraft, instead of under the aircraft!
