How is it when I go to either start a new thread or post on an existing thread, I have no smilies or any options to highlight or underline my posts?

I see others using smilies of TF and I post on many message boards and use their smilies; so I know it is not my computer.

I am confused. (this is where I would insert a "confused" smilie)!

Hi Karen,

Sorry that you are having trouble posting things. I see that you have posted 75 times, so I am wondering if this is a recent occurrence or has it been this way the whole time you have been on the board?

One thing you may want to try is to clear your browser cache and clear the cookies. Clearing cookies will cause all your remembered usernames and passwords to disappear though, so please do it only if you wouldn't mind losing those from your browser's memory.

Also, if you continue to have trouble after clearing your cache, please post here with the details of your machine (operating system and browser). Also, have you done any recent upgrades to your computer or changes?
