I was discussing turbulence with my ATC controller this week on descent into San Diego. We were over L.A. and the nice lady controller mentioned she didn't like turbulence. I told her about our web site and encouraged her to sign up and offer us another great perspective on airline travel: That of the Air Traffic Controller (ATC).
