from what I have read in the international press the A320 is going to be configured in a 128 passenger, 2 class, layout.

would anyone have a seating plan as it looks like this is the aircraft I have been landed with next year despite being told at the time of booking that it would be an A330 which is quite a bit bigger and far less claustrophobic.

thanks for any help,

Gordie

Seems that SeatGuru doesn't have seat layout for BMI Airbuses (or any of their planes).

However, I've flown the A320 on NWA a number of times, and that is a 2-class plane, with 16 first class seats, and 132 economy class seats. Was the BMI configuration you read about to be 128 TOTAL seats? I found the NWA Airbus to be comfortable, large, and not claustrophobic. Possibly the BMI layout would be even more roomy if the total number of seats was going to be 128 rather than 148. You can see the NWA A320 at this link to SeatGuru.

yes, the articles state that there will be 20 business seats and 108 economy.

As it is a 5 hour flight then hopefully this aircraft will be configured generously.

I hope that there might be a bmi pilot or crew watching this thread that may be able to help as I am getting nowhere with bmi head office.

regards to all, Gordie
