Never one to buck a trend, I just bought a bottle of this.

The liquor store guy told me it's to be drunk just slightly chilled -- 30-45 mins in the refrigerator at most. I will let ya know how it is.

It's not a "serious" wine. Light-bodied. Fruit-forward. Low tannins. You see words like "quaffable" and "gulpable" tossed around when people describe it. It's not a wine to be deeply contemplated and savored. But then again, it's not trying to be.

Sure, to be honest, there are better wines to buy for the price. But that's beside the point. It's about the fun and tradition of it.

Heck, just a few weeks ago, what is in your bottle was hanging off a bunch of vines in France. I think that's pretty cool!

P.S. Your liquor store guy is right about the temp, IMHO
