flying to canaires

i would like to know what i can do to try and stop myself from wanting to get out the plane before we have gone anyware, the thought of leaving the ground behind me and getting further from it terafise me, ime going out nxt wk and allready have butterflies just thinking of it, apart from sitting with lenox lewis who could calm me down i dont know what else to do could you please give some advice .

It is OK you have found people who are no different to you and have gone through the same things. If you post this again on the general forum they will get in touch.
