Sky West Airlines????

Has anyone flown with this crew recently???? Any feedback that you can provide regarding safety info, crew accessability, etc etc.

I'm so out of my comfort zone on this trip it's not even funny. I figure that the more info I have the more equipped I'll be to cope fine.

Yup, I've flown them twice as United Express (San Jose to LAX and back). I met the captain and FO the first time because it was my first trip on a regional jet and like you, I was a little nervous about that. They were very pleasant. I didn't try to meet them on the way back because by then I was a happy RJ flyer. Both flights were fine.

One thing to be aware of, if you've never flown on a regional jet before, is that they may take your carry-on when you board and "pink-tag" it -- put it in cargo. They give it back to you when you deplane. It's not a big deal but can be a surprise if you're not expecting it.

Do you remember SeattleCFI from years ago on the old board? He is a SkyWest captain now!

I would happily fly good ol' SkyWest anytime.
