Would you not just know it???
This afternoon I started feeling like my legs were achy. I got a little chilly...so I went to take a hot shower. Don and I had been out several hrs. so I thought maybe I was just tired.
Checked my temp. before the shower. 98.9 degrees. Not bad.
Went to watch t.v. in the den with Don. Got cold and started to chill. Checked temp. again. 100.2
Right now, it is fluctuating between 99.5 and 100.4. I have taken Tylenol and it's not doing magic as of yet.
I have a mild sore throat, localized sort of up, near my ears on both sides. Not really like a typical cold. My joints are not aching at the present time, but maybe that is due to all the Tylenol I've taken.
This had sooooooooooo better NOT be the flu! I know it is going around in my school and I had a student yesterday with a temp. of 102 that would not go home due to it being 8th period. He stayed in my room 40 minutes and I was exposed. I can't get it that fast though, right? If it was the flu he had...I can't come down just like that with it can I?
I'm freaking out just a tad. Don has had a bit of an upper resp. thing this past week. He's been coughing a lot and he still sounds hoarse. Hoping I just maybe have a "cold" or something from him and not the flu. Can't deal with the thought of being sick this week prior to my Disney trip!
