I'm not sure if any of you know this - I JUST found out. JesGooch from the "other" board, not sure if she posts on here.....her husband (38 years old) died of a massive heart attack, out of the blue.

I guess it happened last week. If you know her and want to give her condolences, her email is: jesgooch@comcast.net

Vester (sorry for the bad news).

Vester

Thanks for that. We did know. Found out here first, and I posted it over at SOAR.

All well-wishes are greatly appreciated by her. She keeps checking in.

Oh I apologize.

I just found out - I have been so busy and rarely check any of these boards anymore - but I still try to keep in touch with my FOF friends!!!

I am sorry - and I already wrote her a private message.

What a horrible tragedy. I cant imagine.

Your welcome Mark :)

Last night was my first alone in the house, now I know what real insomnia feels like.
It was almost my first night without Ativan...it helps me sleep, I was up most al night.

My dog had a panic attack last night, I did not know they could do that...

Jess,I think after all the folks leave is one of the toughest times. I just wanted to write today to let you know you are in my thoughts. Please don't be shy about asking for anything you feel might help. I'm sure everyone on this board would do whatever they could to let you know you are not alone in this.
Sending warm thoughts your way today...Monica:hug
