Looks very user-friendly. Thumbs up for that. The folks who designed United's nightmarish figure-it-out-if-you-can website could learn a lot from it.
The downside though is that there's still no way to email SWA. I know, I know, it's part of their business model and corporate culture and all that, but I really wish there were a way I could ask SWA to stop sending me email without having to call or write them. I haven't flown with them in years, but they still clog up my inbox with promotions weekly. I've tried responding to their emails with "Please take me off your list," but to no avail. Doesn't seem quite fair that they can drown me in emails while I'm not allowed to send one "Stop please" of my own to them.

Call 1-800-Iflyswa, and tell them to stop.
Or if you will PM me your email address, I will call them for you.

I was just was looking at that today, and noticed that Scottsdale, AZ is on sale right now through Jan.22 as the featured destination (That's Phoenix, folks, for anyone thinking about buying a ticket for FlightFest next month...;) ).

These emails may also be linked to Rapid Rewards membership where I think you can also unsubscribe from them by logging into your account.

Thanks, Mark and Susan! Looking forward to seeing y'all again too in the Valley of the Sun!
With your little tip in hand, I revisited some other emails that clog up my inbox (Bed, Bath & Beyond, Crate & Barrel, etc.), and they all have that unsubscribe option at the end. Doh! Good to know ...
