Landed just fine in Ontario California.
Flight was smooth as glass, hardly any turbulence whatsoever. For the second time in a long time, I actually slept on board a moving aircraft!
Seems all the worrying about the weather in Ontario was for nothing. Lesson learned: Forget the forecast, seems they can't get it right. The storm that I was concerned about is not suppose to move in here till early tomorrow, which is fine with me, as I am on the ground!
Thanks Jeff for relaying the info to Kelley. The Captain had also given me the same information.
Very tired for now, so I will post a full report later. But bottom line... it went great!
Good night yall!

Hey, Mark - Welcome home!
Piece of cake, huh? I dunno know about you, but I find that with each completed flight, as I'm deplaning, I'm thinking, "What was I ever so afraid of??"
Next step is to make us really, really enjoy it!
So, when's the next one? Remember that we don't like to let too much time go in between flights. How 'bout a shot hop to Vegas.

Welcome Home!!
Glad the flight was ordinary for you!!
Debbie, It would be so good to enjoy flying! My late mother used to say her holiday began once she boarded the plane!!
I wish!

Just re-read my own post and see a bit of a "slip" in there that may need to be analyzed by Monica. I said a "shot" flight, rather than "short". Hm-m-m -- I see martini glasses on the horizon!
Anyway, yes, Mark -- I posted the FlightFest, but as the "Ringleader", and as I have no title, you're also going to be the official "get 'em off their cans and come" guy.
Hm-m-m -- maybe I could be the Board Cheerleader???:pompoms ( LOVE that icon. My absolute positive favorite!!

Deb, You can most certainly be the official Board Cheerleader! Now you have to find someone to dress up as our mascot = :hamster
I will do my best to light folks up for the Fest! I think Phoenix will be a great spot for it. Weather is usually predictable, and if anyone wants to get some golf in, let me know!

I nominate KEN to wear the hamster suit. Where is he anyway? I miss the Big Kahoona!

Oh, I second Ken as :hamster
Maybe for FlightFest, we should wear outfits to suit our "titles".
Uh-oh -- never mind. Ken would be adorable in the hampster suit; Mark with a top hat and whip for Ringleader, but I don't think I really have legs good enough to wear a short skirt. I WILL run around with pompoms, though!
Think we can get Ray to dress like a Captain?

Now there's a surprise!!
Seriously -- you mentioned that you're unable to come. Can't you guys just reschedule the whole show in Phoenix??

Sigh... there is a chance I will be in COLORADO shortly thereafter so who knows. I meet with our booking agent in Nashville in a day or 2 (oh yeah, I'm flying tomorrow) so I will know more then.
