Hello All,
Just a short post here. I was wondering if "Rescue Remedy" has worked for anyone? If so, how much? Where can I get it?
Thanks,

I find Rescue remedy really helpful as I do not take any other medication. I would say that it takes the edge of the anxiety but does not get rid of it!
I buy it from Health Food Stores. places like Vitamin World and GNC in USA should stock it.

I've also used it. Actually, I always keep it with me. Like Lynda, I don't take any drugs for anxiety.
You'll find some people who swear by it, and some who say it does nothing - others will tell you it's probably a placebo effect. Whatever works!
Lynda's right about the health/vitamin stores -- that's where you'd find it. Call first. Also, it's probably a good idea to give it a try at home, just to see if it's right for you.
Recommended dosage is 4 drops under the tongue. If you're going to use it prior to a flight, keep in mind that your hands might be shaky! I measured on the dropper where 4 drops would be, so that I wouldn't have to worry about counting. Just a "shot" when I needed it.

I've also used it and like it. The directions say you can also put it in a glass of water, but it works better if you put it right under the tongue. If you use four drops and they do nothing for you, wait a little while and do another four. (The directions say "repeat as necessary"). Just don't OD or the stuff could give you a sore throat. (Which I learned on a particularly bad morning before a flight).

Hi,
Just for your information, Rescue remedy is now available in a monitored dose spray! takes the guesswork out of it. It also makes it a bit easier to use.

Wow!
Thanks everyone! I bought some at GNC and I am going to take it in a little bit. I wonder if it will have the same effect on me as it does on my cats? (That is the cat version by the way) Thanks all.
