I wanted to write a letter to SWA about the good experience I had on my flight down here to Vegas and remember that you had written a letter to them previously. I was hoping that you could give me the contact person and address that you used for your letter (I am being lazy...don't wanna look it up).

I had gotten SWAs address from Captain Ray a while back. I wrote them, and got a letter in return with the following address and contact, which was the same info I got from Ray.
