There's a thread on Christmas gifts down at Club TF, but I thought I'd add one up here too since this forum is dedicated to Christmas.
I was just looking at the on-line Gift Shop for the Airline History Museum that I visited in Kansas City. They have a very good selection of aviation-related books. When I was there, I bought one to add to my extensive collection of FF literature; "The Joy of Flying; Overcoming the Fear" by W.H. Gunn, PhD. I found it useful, and felt it covered many aspects of "the problem" and its solution. It seems that each book I read adds another perspective to fear of flying, and recovery.
There are also books available on aviation history, and books with an aviation theme for children. Profits from their bookstore go to help restoration efforts on the planes in their museum.
The link is: http://www.airlinehistorymuseum.com/GiftShop/Framespage.asp (then look in "books").
