This site is very cool. You can analyze all of the foods you eat and see how good they are for you, how bad, whether they'll help you lose weight, what foods might be better, etc. The only downfall is that they give you a lot of information, and some of it is difficult to sift through. The site is very easy to navigate though.

Erika, what a great site. I love how you can check out each item that you might choose at the most popular fast food restaurants. I was disappointed to see that Subway didn't rate higher, as I always considered that the "healthy choice" for fast food. I don't have them put salt and pepper on my sandwich, though, so maybe that would reduce the sodium content (compared to the research data). It's certainly a little "reality therapy" to look at how the desserts rank...ha....

Yeah, I had to stay away from the Coldstone Creamery page. It was too painful.

Who would've thought McDonald's Butterfinger(R) McFlurry was so loaded with vitamin A and calcium?
