Sad news in the skating world today: One of the top national figure skating competitors, Angela Nikodinov, flew safely to Portland, OR for the national championships with her family and coach yesterday. However, merging onto the interstate in their shuttle van, they hit a Jetta and flipped over. The coach is in the hospital, Angela and her father are ok, but her mother was killed instantly. As a fellow skater, I take this news pretty hard. It also makes you think....
