Has anyone ever changed a reservation on Southwest before? I have a nonrefundable ticket (one of their internet special fares or fun fares or whatever they're called) and want to back out of my trip this weekend (not because of flying, just because of change of plans). So I want to see if I can exchange my ticket and put it toward another trip (one I already have planned but not yet booked). Can I do that? It looks on the website like I can, but the trip I want to book costs more. I want to see how much more before I decide to back out of this weekend's trip, but I'm afraid that if I go to look into it, it's going to cancel my reservation for tomorrow and just not give me a refund and I'm going to lose the money I paid.
