Falcon.... I need your wise words of wisdom.

Flying from Norwich UK to Palma on the 27th July and already 10 days before D.day im a nervous wreck.

Flying with thomson, who I dont know if they use britannia anymore or their own airline. When I flew with them before, and they did use britannia who i liked.

Any ideas nearer the time what the weather will be like? HAHAH what that really means is "chance of turbulence" ??

Also do you know the flying time from Norwich to Palma? i think it is around 2hrs but not 100% sure.??

also any wise words to calm me down so I can print this out to take with me ;)?

Hope the flying is good wherever you are.

Rgds.

Yes it is Britannia but not quite. Britannia fly the 757,767 fleets and the 737 is a new addition and both are called Thomson. The 737 fleet will be of the same high quality so fear not. The flight time will be about hours 30 mins aprox. Nearer the time Ill look I should caution that a forcast is that and the weather predicted may not come to pass.

I flew there a few time over the past weeks it is a good route with lots to see ( Bordeaux, and Barcelona.)

The flight will go fine there is plenty of posts to tell you about the noises you can expect. Ask if you can quickly look at the flight deck before take off "if they aren't too busy" use thses few seconsd to say hello to the pilots youll feel better knowing the friendly faces taking you to your holiday. Listen to the PA, Sound bored dont they, because all is well. Try to focus on the holiday.

Any more questions please ask.

Thanks for your reply falcon.

:) im sooo glad its going to be a short flight..

My eyes are glued to the weather forcast... one says fine and sunny the other says thunderstorms in norwich when we depart.

If there are thunderstorms , will it be bumpy on the way up?

any news on a on route weather forcast?

regards.
