New Here But Thought I Would Ask?

Has anyone used medication to help them fly and if so, what has been the most help?

I have heard that Xanax works very well but have not used it for flying.

Please let me know as I will need some help along with the exercises I will be practicing.

Hi Brad,

I used to take Xanax for flying. I would take a very small dose (.25) about an hour before takeoff. It definitely took the edge off the panic for me, which was helpful.

If you do decide to try it, I highly recommend that you try it at home first to see how it affects you.
