The FCC is considering allowing cell phone use on airplanes in flight. Are you for or against this?

My answer:
I vote NO NO NO. I have a cell phone and I couldn't live without it, but with the convenience of my own cell phone comes the inconvenience of having to live with other people's inconsiderate behavior. I have been forced to hear other people's cell phone conversations in restaurants, on trains and even in the bathroom at my workplace. Airplanes are about the only place left that a person might find quiet in public, and I say, let us have that!

I'm with you, Erika. As much as I could really get done by having my cell phone accessible inflight I think I would prefer to NOT have that option. My flight time is my time to myself where I can turn on my Ipod, gaze out the window or snooze. With my luck I would get stuck next to the constant chatter on the cell phone and wouldn't be able to sleep. Ugh.

I vote NO to Cell Phones!

Cell phones have turned people into animals. I'd like to see them banned in more places.
