Hello,
I was watching the pictures of the Phoenix Flight fest and they're great, I loved them.
Every time a new flightfest comes out, I hope to find a way to be there; but most of the times it's impossible for me since I live too far.
Also, I noticed that there are many members of TF living in Europe. I was wondering, is there anyone interested in a Flight Fest in Europe?
Some time ago we were speaking about meeting in Italy. That would be great but, since most of the European members are from the UK, meeting in London or any other place in the UK would be fine too. I can easily fly to London from Forli on Ryanair. Let me know if you're interested (also the US members, of course)!:happyguy:

Great idea Agne!

And if someone wants to organize it, and gives me some notice 3-6 months... I am sure I can be there! Would enjoy meeting our European members!

I'll go to Italy! :D

But, dear God, if you value your sanity - do not fly Ryanair ...

If we choose to meet in Italy, I would love to organize it. Where would you like to go? I live in Emilia Romagna (in the North East) but maybe you'd prefer to meet in Florence or Rome or others of most famous places. That's fine to me anyway!

If we meet in the UK, I don't know other places except for London. For me it's not a problem at all to fly there. Kari, why not Ryanair? Did you have a bad experience? I flew on Ryanair once and it was good (maybe a little cramped). But that's the fastest way to get to FRL from London.

Hmmm ... I can make it to Rome and Florence. Can also make it to Gatwick, seem to spend half my life there anyway :D

I had a very, very bad experience with Ryanair - didn't even make the airport before things started going wrong, lol, so never even actually got on the plane. And I did so want to go on one of their B738s. Suffice to say I was not an impressed individual.:fuming:
