If I dont have cigarettes, I can stop. Problem is, Andrea likes to have 1 or 2 smokes after work. I end up finishing off the pack.
Tonight we took the two packs we had and destroyed them.:thumbsup:

I remember doing something very similar about 28 years ago. I looked at this small white stick and said NO MORE you will never have control of me again. I threw away about 60 cigarettes! stamped them in to the ground!

I have never smoked since. You can do this!:)
