Craig Wilson writes a weekly column for USA Today. I liked the one he did this week so much, I'm blabbing about it to everyone I know. You guys are no exception! :)
And yes, it does have a little something to do with the "Health & Wellness" forum.:sheep:
Go outside and see what the kids are missing (http://www.usatoday.com/printedition/life/20050803/d_final03.art.htm)

I'm sorry he didn't encourage people to encourage their kids to go outside. I know a lot of kids who spend time outside, and that's because their parents have taught them an appreciation for the outdoors and the joy of things you don't have to plug in to use.

haha I liked that article! "Ride circles around your cul de sac. Let the neighbors talk. They do anyway."
I have to limit my kids like many parents do.. They always say "there isn't anything to do outside", so I give them chores:lol: Camping is a great way to get them outdoors if you can make the time. I have also found that my 11 year old spends alot of time with dad outside now that I bought a motorcycle:happyguy: She loves going for nice cruises as much as I do.

Is this an soon-to-come event, Sean? (the arrival of your first child)
We have a great yard—pool, woods, hill, creek, sandpile, trampoline, hammock, picnic table, basketball goal. All on a little more than a 1/2 acre. I just have to put bug spray on the kids all the time—our mosquitos are terrible!

I am the QUEEN of home pregnancy tests, and they have always been accurate for me, even early on. I've heard stories to the contrary, but my own experience has been to trust the result on the stick. Believe it or not, I know what it's like to hope and wait. It took nearly a year for us the first time, and then we lost that one at 12 weeks. I threatened to miscarry the next one at the same time (both incidents were a few days after flying, interestingly enough), but she came through fine. I would have never DREAMED during those difficult years that I would be where I am today. There's a verse in Psalms that says "He maketh the barren woman to keep house, and be a joyful mother of children." All the best to you!!!
