Well, finally after years of sittin on my bum im going to be sitting on my bum...in the air! Ready to go with some Ativans and some good old jazz CD's and books...
The flight is from Toronto to Warsaw on Lot airlines... I dunno much about them. Anyways, its almost 9 hours of nerves, so i hope i can fall asleep with the Ativan.. Has anyone taken it before? Anyways, thanks for the support guys!;)

Have a great flight, Mike! I havent taken Ativan but have taken Xanax which I think is very similar. Xanax takes the edge off of my anxiety and then makes me very sleepy.

Take lots to do to keep you busy - magazines, puzzle books, Ipod or CD player, and a camera to take pictures out the window.
