Yes, that is the airport near my home. I did it, at last! I had to wait 1 hour but something took off this time.
It takes 20-30 min to drive there.
In the past it was a military airport, then it started with charter flights to Russia (there were only old Antonov or Tupolev) and occasionally the air traffic was diverted there when the main airport (Bologna) was closed for fog, wind, works etc. Now many low cost airlines operate there.

I am happy that you like the photos. I took another one,and I am trying to modify it to hide the wires of the fence. I'll add it to the gallery when it's ready.

I cut the picture, and covered the remaining wires with the sky (using "Paint").
