Hi again,

This should probably go in the general discussion section, though I thought it may get noticed here by UK people who may have flown with Mytravel.

I have booked my holiday with them this year, and I am a bit nervous because it's Mytravel and I don't know what type of plane to expect. I am flying Manchester to Portugal (about 3 hours, I think) and just wondered if anyone has any experience of flying with Mytravel, what the planes are like, levels of comfort etc. I am a nervous flyer, but my boyfriend is even worse so I would love to hear some more about them if anyone knows anything!

Thanks
Kelly

Nice out fit. Mainly fly Airbus as they are getting rid of boeings to streamline the fleet.

Flown with them a few times, No problems at all, cabin crew are great if you let them know you are a FF.

You can book and pay for exit seats with them if you like more space.

I think a lot of airlines are doing this now. We got a phone call from our travel operator this week to make sure we had received the tickets and that the details were all correct etc My husband asked if it could be put on the flight manifest that I was petrified of flying, they said they would, which somehow makes me feel better, knowing that they know my predicament. The lady said she could go one better and offer us the exit seats which would be right next to the flight attendants, which again makes me feel a littel more at ease. All these little things along with the great support from the guys on this site are making things a little easier for me. My husbands just told me that My Travel is actually the old "AirTours" and that they are a good company. He has travelled with them a few times and they have the air bus and the 757 as far as he knows Hope this helps

I flew with Airtours a few years ago, and they were okay. I wasn't scared of flying then though!

Thanks
