The board was set at PST... (California, etc) but for some reason it was showing one hour behind... (Like I live on a island between California and Hawaii!) So I have now set it at Mountain time, and it is now showing the correct PST(California time)
Now are we completely confused? I know I am!

Mark!
If you are confused, how do you expect a poor zulu to manage your time zones:lol

ha ha
I "think" it is correct now...
If the time on this post is PST (California Time) is it matching up to where your are at?

Mark, when I track I often go to Time Zones USA to check my memory on different time zones. Especially after daylight savings starts. I think it's part of my New York chauvinism that I forget what time it is in other places.
Maybe we could put a time zone link in the links section.
I think there's some good international ones as well for those pals across the pond. Monica

Here's a nice, colourful global time zone map. Note at the bottom how the zones are given letter names (as in 'Zulu') but then fan out in both directions from Greenwich, starting with N ('November') west of Zulu and A ('Alpha') east of Zulu.

Mark, California and your neighbors to the north are currently on PDT--Pacific Daylight Time. This board appears to be set--or was--on Pacific Standard Time (PST), which is one hour earlier (spring forward, fall back and a' that). Leslie has posted a detailed message to you about it over on Bob's board (for some reason her post bounced here)--so go have a look. She suggests going into 'preferences' and changing time settings.
Or else just hunker down and wait till October...

Mark, I just reread your post above...
PDT is the same time as MST, so if you set the board on MST, Mountain Standard Time, it will show the correct number of zones away from the Zulus and thus the correct time for you. However, what you *really* want to plug in there is Pacific Daylight Time--well, only if you wanna!

So, can that link be added to our link page for us lazy tracker types?
