This form of diet is supposed to fool the body and stop the slow down in metabolism that often happens with diets.

The idea is simple you just change your diet plan weekly,
week one maybe Atkins, week 2 Food combining, week 3 weight watchers etc etc. People appear to be losing 5-6 pounds a week on this???

Anyone want to try again at our Slimathon. We could aim to lose 40 pounds for October Taking flight fest if you have that much to lose. just 2 pounds a week!!

That is a neat idea... Never thought about it. But I bet it works!

I am on the constant nausea diet from changing meds but it hasnt made a bit of difference on the scale. :sigh:

Thanks, Deb. I have a pair somewhere from when I was pg with my 2nd child (had hyperemesis). I have some Phenergan but even at half strength it knocks me out COLD. Just bought some Emetrol and will try that.
