Hi there,

I just joined up here today and have posted over on the General Discussion board, and got some great advice. The good folks there suggested I post a note up here too. So here I am taking up your webspace :)

I'm flying to Nice tomorrow morning on Easyjet out of Luton, flight 2503 at 11.20. Incredibly nervous, my first ever flight at the age of 33. First time abroad. Not looking forward to it *at all*.

Wish me luck everyone...

Lisa

While Lisa was slipping the surly bonds I was in a taxi from EMA to Luton after a 3am call out on standby (Yes Siree Bob the glamour never ends). Nice is a good flight, about an hour and a half with good views of mountains before descent onto the beaches. Good day for it too.

Hi Lisa

I flew to Nice last year with Easyjet from Liverpool. It was a good flight and you have some lovely views flying over the mountains and into Nice. You fly over the sea and this too is great because you can see all the big posh boats sailing below you. I am a fearful flier, but I found the flight out and the flight back fine. I stayed in a hotel opposite the sea too, and found watching the many, many Easyjet (amongst other) planes taking off very reassuring. I am sure you will be fine. :)
