Hi Dylan!
Welcome aboard Taking Flight!
:welcome2:
I am glad you found us!!
From reading your posts, sounds like your last flight experience was a tough one.
So you know what??? Let's forget about that previous experience. Today is a new day, with new goals.
If I read right... what you are thinking about is not a "big" flight right now. That is a good idea. If you can, look for a short "hop" somewhere.
That is how I started back. My first flight was about 1 hour. I figured I could handle anything for an hour. The next couple were about the same.
Then I graduated to a three hour flight, to finally a 9 hour flight over to England.
Does not have to be a big trip either. A one hour flight somewhere, have lunch or dinner, and then head back the same day.
Dylan... This can be done... just take little steps right now. Start looking at places you may want to take this short flight to. Things you may want to see or people you want to see.
As I wrote over on another thread... as thoughts and concerns come up, come on the board, and post about them. We (the group) can identify and discuss each concern, and tear down that wall a brick at a time!
Oh... And do not worry about the flight report... "Same Flight - Different Thoughts" That flight was picked on purpose because it did have so many instances that can cause flight anxiety. Most flights do not have that many instances.
The main thing to take from it, is how Debbie handled these situations, and the technical information Ray gave.
Again... Welcome!
Mark
