Okay, here's my schedule. I plan to log not only weight changes but also inch changes, because the inches tend to change when my weight doesn't.
I'd like to lose 10 lbs. and lose 3 inches off of my waist, 3 inches off of my hips.
My reward: A makeover! I really need to go shopping, but I don't want to have to try stuff on in my current state. I also want to get a new, fun hairstyle, but I want to wait till I'm thin enough to pull it off.
Woo hoo for the Great Taking Flight Slimathon! :grouphug:
Week 1: I'm down three lbs. since last week! Woo hoo!:sunshine: :sunshine: :sunshine:
Week 2: I exercised once this week, but I also walked all over Chicago last night because there was a fire on the train and I had to take a bus to nowhere in particular and walk far to my destination. So I count that as twice. I'm not sure how much I lost, though. Maybe two pounds. I usually weigh in for myself on Tuesdays, so I can't remember how much I weighed last Friday. Let's just say two.

Love the chart! I forgot to put my exercise on there though. Since last Tuesday I exercised once. (Yeah, kind of shabby, but I like to get my numbers on there).

I swear, this is not a cop-out, but my ex-boyfriend moved out and took the scale with him. So until I feel like buying a new one, I'll have to update you in inches.

Laugh if you want, but I lost half an inch off my waist and half an inch off my hips this week.
I've been doing so well, in fact, that my pants fell down today.

Deb,
Just type it at the side of your weight loss and Chelle will transfer it over to main chart.
Deb, resident cheerleader! we need a motivational talking too with this weight loss thing! myself included. I am finding it really difficult to get back on track, not sure if it is the thought that whilst in Cyprus for the next couple of weeks I will not diet??

Ok Deb I will trust you on this.
I will walk the beach morning and evening and I will swim in the pool twice a day and hope for the best.
The pool looks great just hope that it is heated.

I would love to join you all in this but Ive kind of just been and done it! I had a big operation last October and since then weight has just been dropping off me. Ive lost 32 pounds up to now. Down to 9 stones. I have no idea why as I'm not trying to lose any. I quite liked being cuddly. Now all my clothes are too big
Maybe I will put some on in Florida - Well i will give it a good go!:)

So, I had a pair of jeans that a few months ago were a little tight. Not a lot, but tight enough that I stopped drying them in the dryer and still had to wear them once before I was comfortable. I'm wearing them today, after having dried them in the dryer last night, and they're so baggy that they look awful.
I have now officially lost 15 pounds (since February, not since the beginning of this slimathon thing). I am looking goooooood. :happy2:

Congrats, Sean!
I've lost I think another two or three, but I'm not sure, because I got a new scale, and it's weird.

Don't you know, your official weight is the lowest weight on the cheapest scale you can find. Spend six bucks on a scale, lose six pounds instantly.
Chelle, just put me down for three last week and three this week. I'm not sure if that's exactly right, but it's close. And three times at the gym this week, and once last week.

Don't forget the rule that if you walk to the kitchen from the couch to get the food, then walk back to the couch to eat it, you burn all the calories to make up for the food.

Take me off the list. I just keep gaining with these meds. :(
I twisted my ankle again today so now there is even less exercise that I can do.

Kelley, I think we are taking the same meds, so so hard to lose weight.
I gained one pound this week too.
