Just posted on the announcements board the day and time. We can always move it about, once we get a feel for it. Even have two if need be.

Hi Mark!!!

I will have to get up even earlier if chat closes at 6 am UK time LOL

Great idea though.

four hours of chat?? :eek you might not want to be a witness to my state of mind and blather after four hours...:b

actually, though, for us Centralers that would be 9PM until midnight. That time frame is perfect for a night owl like me, and I would be stepping in and out.

I am wondering whether the Zulu contingent might suggest a day and time for a second chat, though. There would hopefully be some of us across the pond that could pop in.

6 or 7 pm Zulu time was always a good time for us when we had the other board chats. It appeared to work out that some of our US friends were on lunch break at that time.

I however am up and getting ready for work at 6 am, usually leave by 7 am.

Lynda, would you like to suggest a day in addition to that time, and see how many Zulus, first of all, could do it...and then we can inventory the population of the New World over here.

I could join a midday chat now and again, even pop in between flights out at the airport and share the latest antics of my students :rolleyes

I just posted a suggestion on another thread about the chat.
Sunday morning (East coast time) anyone? I guess that wouldn't work for the churchgoers :) But those of us in Europe could then more easily participate.
Just an idea.

Ahem, missing something here... 'Zulu time'?! Que? Assuming we're talking about GMT?!

Might be able to make the occasional 6 a.m. as my insomnia sometimes has me up at that time. Otherwise will keep an eye out for random chatters...

Sunday evening UK time would be brilliant for me too. I'll be there whenever I can.

Sounds good to me, though will not be able to do this week because I am going a gig for Cancer Research.
