Hey guys, I thought this would be a fun little trivia challenge. Name a line from a movie and see who guesses it first! Lets start it out with one of my favorite movies..

What line is the following from?

"In the poker game of life, women are the rake"

That comes from Rounders. I cheated though; I looked it up.

How about this one?

"It's my belief that these sheep are laborin' under the misapprehension that they're birds. Observe their be'avior. Take for a start the sheeps' tendency to 'op about the field on their 'ind legs. Now witness their attempts to fly from tree to tree. Notice that they do not so much fly as... plummet."

That has to be "Office Space", but I'm not 100% sure.... Here's one from my personal top ten.

"Mrs. Hogwallop up and R-U-N-N-O-F-T."

"I believe you have my stapler?"

Is that from "Two Weeks Notice"???

Lumberg takes the stapler away from Milton and Milton says "I believe you have my stapler" a few scenes later. Here is a picture of the crime in progress!

From one of my all time favorite movies:

"What I'm saying is - and this is not a come-on in any way, shape or form - is that men and women can't be friends because the sex part always gets in the way."

Office Space sadly hits home for me. When I quit my old paper, I really wanted to take the fax machine into a field and smash it up. It was always broken.

Sean, I love yours...Spaceballs, baby!

This one is from one of my favorite movies.

"I'll always have a place at the Dairy Queen."

Yep, Sean. That's it. I couldnt find the exact wording of my favorite quote from that movie though - and NO it's not the restaurant scene!!!

Erika - I have no clue on that one!

Gotta be "Waiting for Guffman"! That movie is on my top ten list too.

K, here's one:

"I'm not gonna be ignored, Dan!"

Les - no clue!

How about this one?

"If you can't be an athlete, be an athletic supporter!"

Yup, it was Fatal Attraction (I'm pretty sure), and yours, Kelley, was from Grease, another one of my favorites.

Okay...this one's pretty easy

"Now you see that evil will always triumph, because good is dumb."

"Now you see that evil will always triumph, because good is dumb."

I cheated and Googled it: Spaceballs.

Yeah, Kelley, it was Fatal Attraction.

Here's a line from another movie I love:

"You're not too smart, are you? I like that in a man."

No fair if you Google it.

"This kind of certainty comes but once a lifetime"

Watching that movie now and LOVE it.

Here's one for our resident computer gurus:

"I'm warning you. I'm going to have to put you on the game grid."

My fav:
"Nobody puts Baby in the corner."
:tango:

But this one has some TF relevance:
"Surely you can't be serious." ... "I am serious... and don't call me Shirley."

"That's Tron, he fights for the users."

I'll BE BACK!

Mark, that wasn't a movie. That was from our State's last Gubernatorial inauguration speech!

Here's one:

Ted, that's a Rolls Royce. Ted, that's the prom queen. You got two girls in one night!

Ted: I told you guys I was hot.

Hot!?! Ted, you're a legend!

Ah, here's a Clue, it is the same great movie that produced this line...

"Why would anybody want to kill the cook? Dinner wasn't that bad"

;)

"...we're alone here. Why don't you tell me what you think of me? In any words you wish. No one will hear us."

"But I don't think of you."
