Who do you think has the best (or worst) on-screen chemistry?
One of my favorites is John Cusak and Kate Beckinsale in Serendipity.

I was so not impressed with Hugh Grant and what-s-her-name in "Four Weddings and a Funeral." I know we were supposed to think they had great chemistry, but I was like "yuck."
Basically if the couple doesn't talk enough, I find it hard to buy into them being together. I liked "When Harry Met Sally." and "You've Got Mail." Also liked "Return to Me," a somewhat sappy movie about a girl who gets a heart transplant (Minnie Driver) and falls in love with a cute widower (David Duchovny - His Hotness) whose wife gave the heart, but neither one of them knows it (It's actually not as bad as it sounds.)
Sandra Bullock and bill PUllman in "While You Were Sleeping" also good.
