Tour 2: American Airlines Flight Academy
Tour 3: Southwest Airlines Tours (Flight Operations Training, Dispatch, Maintenance, and InFlight Services at SWA premier facility, Dallas, TX.
For more information on the tours, check out the WAI website:
http://www.wai.org/12conference/2012_conf_tours.cfm
You need to register for the conference to take the tours, and will save a little money by becoming a member of WAI (you don't need to be a woman to be a member).
There are also educational seminars on a wide variety of topics related to aviation during the conference.
I went to this conference when it was held in San Diego, and it was well worth the money.
Having also attended the Taking Flight FlightFests in Nashville and Phoenix, when we had the opportunity to go behind the scenes at SWA, I highly recommend tours! They are fascinating, and will give you a broader perspective of aviation.
